🛡️ 60-Day Limited Warranty

At Hestia Pilates, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. That’s why we offer a 60-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, proper use. If a defect is found within 60 days, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost.

Examples of covered issues:

  • A weld on the frame cracks under normal use

  • Upholstery stitching comes undone after a few uses

  • A strap or spring clip breaks due to a manufacturing flaw

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., frayed ropes, flattened padding)

  • Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage due to normal use

  • Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or maintenance

  • Damage resulting from commercial use or use in a commercial environment

  • Damage due to failure to follow instructions or guidelines provided by Hestia Pilates

  • Any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by Hestia Pilates

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or dropping the equipment

Examples of issues not covered:

  • Scuff marks or stains from shoes or sweat

  • Rope that frays after several weeks of use

  • Damage caused by dropping or mishandling the equipment

đźšš Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Hestia Pilates will cover the shipping cost of the replacement part or repaired item to you. However, the cost of returning the defective item to our facility is the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • Warranty support must be requested through hi@hestiapila.com.
