- Returns are only accepted if the item is broken or defective upon delivery or pickup.
- Customers must inspect the item at the time of delivery or pickup and report any defects immediately.
2. Condition of Returns
- Items must be unused and confirmed as broken or defective.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if required.
4. No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges for defective items are allowed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- If an item is not defective or broken upon arrival, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Defective or Damaged Items
- If an item is confirmed defective upon delivery or pickup, we will replace it with the same item in new condition.
